Mine brand new out of the box never charged over 8W, I did some research and found out the cord that they provided was missing a few pins that’s why the whole charger was limited, immediately I switched the cable for a different one and now I’m getting 28W on wireless.!.! ❤❤❤ if anyone has this issue please change the cord .!.!.❤❤❤
