14:00 the phone call you received, was that from the self monitoring, playing a pre-recorded message letting you know there was an alarm? Or was that from the professional monitoring?
No more Eufy for me. I’ve had must stuff for about three years no floodlight cameras work like they are supposed to anymore. I’m done…..
I love eufy.I started with a doorbell and now I have their ecosystem in my house.I love it.specially s340 solar cameras,they are awesome.right now I have homebase 3 but I will upgrade to this system.also to mention their customer service is one of the best.they are very helpful and nice,I had problems with one of my s340,they literally sent me replacement in 2 days.keep doing the good work eufy.
